Esther currently work at PT Sucor Sekuritas as Head of Human Capital and General Affairs. She has been working at People Development and Service Quality Area for 17 years. For the several years, she have been working in Recruitment & Selection (compose and responsible for implementation of MPP within dateline, SOP, policy), Learning Management/People Development (Training Need Analysis (TNA), design training program to business and supporting department & execution, developing E-‐Learning, training budgeting, coaching and mentoring), Performance Management (compose competencies), Building Team and New Corporate Culture, Career & Talent Management, General Affairs and Services area (design implementing service quality strategy to internal and external implementation, service quality measurement (In Depth Survey, Survey Kepuasan Pelanggan, Focus Group Discussion, Mystery Shopping, Mystery Calling & Internal Inspection), service quality audit Report and creating service reward).
She was finished her master degree from Pelita Harapan University with background in Instructional Technology (GPA 3.64 – Very Satisfaction). At this moment Esther looking for new opportunities in the sell side to sharpen further her skills, professional ability and new challenges.
